About our clinic
Veronica
Clinical Director and Founder
Registered Psychotherapist | MSc, BA
Welcome to Sow and Grow Psychotherapy.
As the founder and Clinical Director, I strive to bring my clinical training and experience to mental healthcare.
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I work with you to uncover what’s getting in the way, strengthen your inner resilience, and help you move toward the life and relationships you want. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you with guidance that is honest and practical.
I view therapy as an active process, one that invites self-reflection, insight, and intentional growth. It is a place to grow mentally and emotionally. By integrating evidence-based approaches with a collaborative therapeutic style, I support clients in developing awareness, strengthening their emotional well-being, and challenging patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to offer a space where you feel grounded, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
We invite you to explore our services and resources, and reach out to schedule a complimentary, 15-minute phone consultation. We would be honoured to support you on your path toward healing and well-being.
